When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, along with your relationship to the child, your preferred contact method, and — where you choose to share them as part of an enrollment enquiry — your child's name, age or date of birth, gender, and a tentative enrollment date. We also record your IP address and the time of submission. This information is provided voluntarily by you, the parent or guardian, through the form; children do not themselves submit any information through this website.
We use your contact details and any child information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up about enrollment. Your IP address and submission timestamp are stored only to detect and prevent spam and abuse of the contact form (rate limiting) — we do not use them to track you across the web.
Submissions are stored securely in our database and are only accessible to authorized staff. We do not sell your information or your child's information, and we only share it with third parties where necessary to operate the site (for example, our email provider, to notify us of a new enquiry) or where required by law. Any further information collected about your child once enrollment proceeds (for example, medical or emergency contact details) is handled through our separate enrollment paperwork, not through this website.
This site uses strictly necessary cookies (to keep you signed in to the admin area and to protect our forms from forgery) at all times — these aren't optional, as the site can't function without them. We separately keep anonymous, aggregate counts of which pages and events are viewed, using a one-way hash of your IP address that cannot be reversed back to identify you; this is used only to understand which content is useful to visitors and does not require consent, in the same way our spam-prevention logging does not. We may also use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage in more detail, but only if you consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — nothing Google Analytics-related runs before that. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.
